Raceorly Is Exhibiting at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 — Here’s What We’re Bringing
Raceorly will be at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 from September 8 to 12, exhibiting at Hall 5, Stand D10. We’re going with a focused range of self-developed engine components for European vehicles — parts we engineered and validated ourselves.

What You’ll See at Hall 5, Stand D10
We kept the exhibit tight on purpose. Five parts. All self-developed. All covering engine platforms that generate consistent, predictable demand across the European aftermarket.
Crankshaft 03L105021D — VW / Audi 2.0 TDI: Fits VW Amarok, Golf, Audi A3, Skoda Octavia — engine codes CDBA, CDCA, CNFA, CNEA, CNFB. The 2.0 TDI is one of the most widely serviced diesel engines in Europe, and the crankshaft is where rebuild quality either holds or doesn’t. Ours is machined to OEM journal dimensions and dynamically balanced to factory tolerance. Cross-reference data and physical samples at the stand.
Pistón 11258580699 — BMW 2.0L Diesel (N47 / B47): Fits BMW 328d, 328d xDrive, X3 20d — 2014 to 2018, standard bore 83.96mm. Supplied complete with pin and ring set. On these engines, piston geometry determines long-term oil consumption behaviour — a part that’s dimensionally close but not exact creates problems that take months to trace back to the source. Ours is produced to OEM bore specification, supplied as a matched assembly.
Connecting Rod 03L105401A — VW / Audi / Skoda / Seat 1.6–2.0 TDI: Fits across the VAG TDI range — Golf, Passat, A3, A4, Octavia, Leon. Forged, fracture-split cap design matching the OEM part. Beam length 152mm, big-end bore 50mm, weight 630g per rod. A set of four installs without selective weight matching.
Camshaft Carrier Assembly A6540502500 — Mercedes-Benz OM654 2.0L Diesel: Fits C-Class W205, E-Class W213, A-Class W177, Sprinter — OM654 and OM654.920 engine family. Supplied as a complete, ready-to-fit assembly. All cam bearing bores finished to OM654 specification. No secondary machining required after installation.
Oil Filter Housing 11428488578 — BMW B58 3.0L Turbo: Fits BMW 340i, 440i, 540i, 740i, M240i, X5, X6, Z4 — B58 engine, 2017 to 2023. High-strength aluminium with integrated oil cooler. Machined to OEM face flatness; fits directly without modification or adapter fittings.
Every part on display carries a 2-year warranty and has been produced under IATF 16949-certified manufacturing processes. Our technical team will be at the stand throughout the show.
Who We’re Hoping to Meet in Frankfurt
We’re not trying to sign up every visitor who walks past Stand D10. The exhibit is most relevant for:

Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 draws over 80,000 trade visitors across five days. The floor gets busy, particularly in the engine and drivetrain halls. If you want uninterrupted time with our technical team, booking a slot in advance is the straightforward way to get it.
